## UPDATE ##
Someone requested an animated version of this theme and well, Chrome doesn't allow for animated backgrounds so, I did what I could and created the falling snow and added in to a screen saver instead :)
If you are using Windows 7, you just right click it and select 'Install' you can preview it first also.
If you can't right click install, then just drop the .scr file in to your System32 folder normally found at:C:\Windows\System32
