Another simple theme in the same vein as my Persona 3 one--just of Persona 4 this time.
The black and grey pattern on the frame is featured on the Yasogami High uniform (while it's not very clear in the game itself--it being a PS2 game and all--other adaptations have shown the pattern in more detail). It's called houndstooth.
The stripes of color underneath the first tab are PAL color bars. (Japan uses PAL, so naturally they would be more familiar with PAL color bars.) The glasses worn by the Investigation Team members have similar stripes on the arms--appropriate, given the prominent TV motif in the game.
