The text on the downloads may be rather light, but as it shares the same colour as the Most Visited Icons, I couldn't make it black. The Most Visited icons are all on a black background, so the text had to be white, which I discovered, totally didn't work on the Download button text. It's a light grey, which is visible, but may be difficult for some users with eyesight problems.
