A theme of the anime Another アナザー.
All the colours and tints selection are based on a theme:

Also, the new tab background image has been redrawn and modified to get a better looking. (I think so :D)
This theme do best on 1280x1024 monitors, but you may try if you have other resolution.
For a better result, please make a blank application page in the new tab so no icons will cover the background image.
