The Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut has broken the 0-400-0 km/h record, completing the feat in just 27.83 seconds. This beats the previous record set by Koenigsegg's Regera in 2023, which achieved it in 28.81 seconds. The Jesko Absolut also set several other records during the same run, including 0-400 km/h in 18.82 seconds and 0-250 mph in 19.20 seconds. The car, equipped with a 5.0L twin-turbo V8 engine producing 1,578 bhp, used E85 fuel and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 R tires for the attempt. The record-breaking run took place in perfect conditions on June 27, 2024, at an airfield in Örebro, Sweden, with Koenigsegg test driver Markus Lundh at the wheel.
