I was browsing around Google Chrome's Theme Store, and found two Sweden influenced themes, one was the Football team and the other being an overhead picture of Stockholm. So I started thinking, I know how to make one, why don't I try to make a theme with the Swedish flag as the background and have Sweden's colors, Blue and Yellow to be the base colors for this. Because of the way I did it it didn't quite come out perfect but if I can I'll definitely update it...
